I have recently finished this “reset”, so I wanted to be sure to write a review. I was familiar with Harley’s name in the world of celebrity fitness, but when I saw him on Revenge Body I was intrigued by his plan. I was already having one smoothie a day, so that seemed manageable enough. I had been working out several times a week at Orange Theory Fitness, and while I was toning up, I still had so much fat on top of my muscle, and my weight was at an uncomfortable number for me, so I wanted to do something to really shake it up. I read through tons of reviews, and it seemed like most of the negative ones were from people who hadn’t even tried it, so I wanted to give it a shot.

Excellent and clear instructions, and frankly delicious food. This system made it genuinely easy to drop flab — and yet there’s enough protein to keep muscle. It’s a lot of time at the blender, but well worth it.

I am the biggest skeptic when it comes to fad diets! I had seen Harley on Revenge Body and thought that his diet approach seemed logical. But a few weeks ago a good friend of mine told me she did the diet and that she lost 10 lbs in 15 days. And she probably only has 10-12 lbs to lose total. I decided to give it a try. I am on day 7 of the reset. I have lost 8.5 lbs so far and feel so much better. I’m not going to lie, the first few days were tough! Not during the day but at night around dinner time. I was mostly just missing a HOT meal. But I got through it. My boyfriend is also doing the reset with me. He has lost 12 lbs so far. We went to a birthday dinner on Saturday night and he even ate but just tried to stick to only meats and some salad. He’s still down even with the little “cheat” in there. I have been sticking to my 10,000 steps a day which has been a challenge but when you can’t sit on the couch and snack eat… you do it a lot easier 🙂 I am looking forward to meal prepping and continuing a healthy lifestyle diet after the 15 days. This diet really showed me how much we were over eating and how we made our plans around food! It’s crazy! I feel a lot better and just seeing that number drop down on the scale has given me the motivation that I needed. THANK YOU!

A must buy! Amazing, simple, tasty recipes. The first week I lost 4 pounds! It’s been a month and a half since I started the “diet” more like a life style change and I’ve kept off 16 pounds. I feel incredible and healthy.

I really love the book! I lost 11 pounds in 15 days. The shakes actually are really good. I had trouble giving up coffee creamer! Probably could have lost more. Smoothies are filling! I love them. Good info in the book! Def a must read!!!! Get it, you won’t regret it.
