I have recently finished this “reset”, so I wanted to be sure to write a review. I was familiar with Harley’s name in the world of celebrity fitness, but when I saw him on Revenge Body I was intrigued by his plan. I was already having one smoothie a day, so that seemed manageable enough. I had been working out several times a week at Orange Theory Fitness, and while I was toning up, I still had so much fat on top of my muscle, and my weight was at an uncomfortable number for me, so I wanted to do something to really shake it up. I read through tons of reviews, and it seemed like most of the negative ones were from people who hadn’t even tried it, so I wanted to give it a shot.

This diet is so easy and really works. I lost 7 pounds the first week. I bought another copy for a friend I would highly recommend it!

I’m not the type of person who typically tries these so-called “fad diets,” but I’m at a point in my life where I can no longer be choosy. I came across the Body Reset Diet and the name alone captured my interest. I figured my body could use a little reset button. I also knew that metabolism was important for maintaining a healthy weight. So, I decided to give this a shot, and I’m glad I did. Exercise and I have never really gotten along, but if you use all the dietary principles outlined in the book, you don’t really have to do a lot of exercise. I literally go for walks around the neighborhood and I hardly even see them as “exercise.” Of course, the food is the primary engine for increasing your metabolic rate. Although it’s mostly liquefied (soups, smoothies, etc.), the food isn’t actually that bad.

I really like this book and the whole body reset diet plan. The smoothies were really good, even the green ones and I honestly wasn’t ever really hungry since you’re allowed snacks during the day. I will definitely be reseting my body using this plan, every few months!

I’ve tried several weight loss programs & most were too complicated. This one I can do. My weight loss hasn’t been as fast as it says, but I’m menopausal & have hypothyroidism. I’m pleased with results.

Excellent Book. The Plan is Very Simple – Drink Smoothies and Walk 10,000 Step per Day. The Recipes were Delicious and the Smoothies Actually Keep You Full. I Lost About 7 Pounds during the Reset Period.

This book was highly recommended by an avid health nut. I loved reading it and it was very informative. My husband and I are working on getting ourselves back to healthy and will be using this diet plan and a means to the start of re-setting our bodies.

The author seems very down to earth in his approach to permanent weight loss by steering away from extremes of any kind. Balance is key, and you’lI love the wide variety of red, green and “white” smoothee recipes which help to “reset” your metabolism.
