I have recently finished this “reset”, so I wanted to be sure to write a review. I was familiar with Harley’s name in the world of celebrity fitness, but when I saw him on Revenge Body I was intrigued by his plan. I was already having one smoothie a day, so that seemed manageable enough. I had been working out several times a week at Orange Theory Fitness, and while I was toning up, I still had so much fat on top of my muscle, and my weight was at an uncomfortable number for me, so I wanted to do something to really shake it up. I read through tons of reviews, and it seemed like most of the negative ones were from people who hadn’t even tried it, so I wanted to give it a shot.

Excellent and clear instructions, and frankly delicious food. This system made it genuinely easy to drop flab — and yet there’s enough protein to keep muscle. It’s a lot of time at the blender, but well worth it.
It’s not a diet it’s a lifestyle change!
I have been battling my weight my whole life. Since a hysterectomy I really couldn’t get it under control. After seeing Harley on revenge body, I bought the book and began the diet. I lost 15 lbs in a month, feel amazing, sleep better, have more energy and love the shakes. I am two weeks post 15 day regime and still have a shake everyday.

Loved this book because it made things very simple for me. Due to some injuries, I wanted to find an easy to follow plan that was mostly dietary but still simple. I lost 11 lbs during my first three weeks and am continuing to drop weight. It has helped me be more conscious about what I am putting into my body. Not hard to follow like some books. This one spells it out!

This diet is amazing. I lost 7lbs in a week and have so much more energy. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone. It’s easy and healthy.
